By using Carpe Day you agree to these terms.

1. It's a planning tool. Carpe Day helps you organize your time. Calories, budgets, travel times and anything an agent suggests are estimates; check what matters (medical, financial, safety) with the right professional.
2. Your data is yours. You keep ownership of what you put in. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you (see Privacy).
3. Your agents act for you. When you connect an agent, you're responsible for what it does with the permissions you gave it. You can revoke it any time.
4. Use it fairly. Don't use Carpe Day to break the law, harm others, or overload or attack the service.
5. No guarantees. The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.
6. Ending. You can stop using Carpe Day and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continued use means you accept them.
